Delivery and Despatch Estimates Information

At Pollok Williamson we aim to provide the best quality reliable service possible. We use the courier DHL to deliver your order, which is expertly packed in one of our tried and tested chilled boxes which maintain the chilled temperature for 48+ hours. DHL will inform you that they have received your order when we book a collection please note this is not when the order leaves our chilled storage, DHL collect your order from our shop between 2-4pm.    Most of our products are available fresh or frozen but we cannot mix fresh with frozen for delivery, if you purchase a frozen item then we will blast freeze your whole order free of charge. If you would like your order frozen for your convenience we offer a free professional freezing service which ensures that your meat arrives in the best possible condition. On dispatch of your order you will be sent tracking details.

DELIVER and ORDER DISPATCH INFORMATION

Standard delivery days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders will be dispatched as below except on Public and Bank holidays. In exceptional circumstances there may be delays to the time table below and you will be informed by email if there are any delays to your order.

Orders placed on a Monday before noon will normally be dispatched on Tuesday
Orders placed on a Tuesday before noon will normally be dispatched on Wednesday
Orders placed on a Wednesday before noon will normally be dispatched on Thursday
Orders placed on a Thursday before noon will normally be dispatched on Monday
Orders placed on a Friday before noon will normally be dispatched on Monday
Orders placed on a Saturday noon will normally be dispatched on Monday
Orders placed on a Sunday before noon will normally be dispatched on Tuesday

Saturday delivery is available at a surcharge of £18, orders must be placed by no later than 8pm on Wednesday nights for a Saturday delivery. Orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed for Saturday delivery.

Delivery is for UK mainland only. Standard Delivery Charges for up 20 kilos
£10 for orders up to £50
£7.50 for orders between £51-£74.99
£5.00 for orders between £75-£99
Orders of £100 or more free delivery

Please note that we cannot deliver to the small islands and Northern Ireland. We only deliver to the UK mainland.

A delivery can be arranged to remote areas with the following post codes listed below, however there will be a surcharge contact us at orders@pollokwilliamson.co.uk for details as orders placed online for these areas will not be processed until we are contacted.

Our courier will deliver your order between 7am and 6 pm on the date of your delivery. You will be provided with a shipment tracking number on the day your order is being dispatched, which can be used from 6pm the evening before your delivery date. You can have you order delivered to your work place or to a neighbour for convenience if you are not going to be in for no extra charge. Use the comments box at the checkout to leave any requests.
