Product & storage
- Storage: If supplied fresh Store below 5°C
- Cooking guide lines: Pre-heat your oven to 180°C or gas mark 4 and put the pie in the middle of the oven on a tray and bake for about 20-25 minutes, ensure food is cooked properly. (Times will vary as all ovens are different)
- Storage: If frozen store at -18°C
- Defrosting guidelines: Defrost overnight in fridge
- Recommended shelf life once defrosted - 24hours

Delivered to your door
Delivery is by FedEx using tried and tested chilled packages which maintain chilled temperature for 30+ hours. Delivery is within the UK mainland and is scheduled Tuesday to Friday. Charges are £10 for orders up to £40, £7.50 for orders of £40-£74, £5.00 for orders of £75-£99, or spend £100 and your order is delivered free. We regret that certain postcodes are excluded from this offer – please see delivery page for detailed policy including a list of postcodes which incur a delivery surcharge, and full details of when you can expect your order to be delivered.

You can order online and collect in-store from one of our three family butchers located in Ayr and Kilmarnock.
Add to your basket and select the ‘collect in-store’ option at checkout You will then be able to choose from one of the following stores to collect from:

- 23 High Street, Ayr
- 21 The Foregate, Kilmarnock
